The first item looked like it might be regular AutoCAD so I clicked on its "View Downloads" button. Then I got a list of various ACAD things I could download (DWG history, mobile app premium, etc.). I poked around and figured out I had to click on that rather cryptic "View Items" button which I did. You can see where I clicked on the filters above that to choose the 64-bit, 2018, etc. Here's where it initially puts me, with what I thought was the unwanted 32-bit downloader as shown.
